This course will cover the issues surrounding a Decedent’s final individual income tax returns, as well as an estate’s own set of income tax returns (the fiduciary income tax return). We’ll discuss tips and tricks for a successful information gathering and tax return preparation. The course is approved by CCPA and Keystone Alliance for one (1) substantive CLE credit.
